 RULING 

The plaintiff herein filed an application for an order of interlocutory  injunction to restrain the defendants from entering the land the subject  of litigation. The plaintiff per his writ of summons and statement of  claim filed on 6th December 2016 is seeking inter alia a declaration that  he has been given permit by the Ghana Railway Limited to exercise  rights over a parcel of land and states that he has been in uninterrupted  possession of the said land for several years. He is also seeking an order  of ejectment against the defendants and recovery of possession of the  said land.  

In pursuit of above, that applicant caused to be filed the application for  an order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the defendants from  entering the land and carrying out any development on the land.
