JUDGMENT 

Per his writ of summons dated the 23rd day of June 2017 the plaintiff claims against  the defendants jointly the following reliefs: 

1. A declaration by the honorable court that the land in dispute is the bona fide  property of the plaintiff having purchased same from the rightful owners.

2. An order of perpetual injunction permanently restraining the defendants, their  workers, or anyone obtaining title from the defendants from dealing with the land in any way or form. 

3. A declaration that defendants have trespassed and or encroached on plaintiff’s  land the subject matter of the present dispute 

4. General Damages for trespass. 

5. Damages for cost of construction. 

6. Cost. 

On the service of the writ of summons on the defendants they entered an appearance  but failed to file a defence for which reason per an application by the plaintiff, judgement in default of defence was entered against the defendants on the 14th day  of December 2017.
