JUDGMENT
Plaintiff took out this Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against Defendant seeking the following reliefs:
a. Declaration of Title to the land now in dispute described in paragraph 6 of the Statement of Claim as: the land situate and lying in Ayikuma in Dangbe West District in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana containing an approximate area of 66.9 acres more or less and on the North by the Vendors land measuring 1260 feet more or less and on the South by Vendor’s land measuring 1210 feet more or less, on the East by Vendors land measuring 2540 feet more or less and on the west by Vendor’s land measuring 2180 feet more or less.
b. An order nullifying the lease agreement. (This was in the Statement of claim but omitted in the endorsement on the Writ of Summons)
c. Recovery of possession.
d. Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendant, its agent, assign etc. from the Plaintiff’s land.
e. Any other relief(s) granted by the Court.
