JUDGEMENT 

I have examined the petition and answer to the petition. I have also examined the  evidence of the petitioner. I am satisfied that the marriage between the petitioner and  the respondent celebrated at All Saints Anglican Church, Adabraka, Accra on 24th April 2010 with marriage certificate ASAC/02/2010 has broken down beyond reconciliation. In the circumstance the marriage is hereby dissolved and the  certificate of marriage accordingly cancelled. 

The following orders are made: 

The respondent is ordered to pay maintenance for SAMUELA MAWUNYO  QUARSHIE ATTIOGBE of GH¢400.00 each month from January 2017 to December, 2017 with an upward increment of 25% that is GH¢100.00 from January, 2018 to December, 2018. The increment of GH¢100.00 each month of each  subsequent year to continue for the next five years that is up to December, 2022. 

It is further ordered that the maintenance shall be paid into the respondents Ecobank  Account. The respondent is ordered to submit her account…
