HAMMA AKAWU BARKA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The instant Cross-Appeal to Appeal with no. CA/ A/344/2017 seeks to question the decision of the Federal High Court, Abuja Judicial Division; coram A.R.Mohammed J, in suit no. FHC/ABJ/CS/475/14 delivered on the 28th of April, 2017.
