An order of this honourable court allowing the respondents/ cross-appellants/applicants to amend their statement of claim by adding new paragraphs 1(a), 9(a), 9(b), 9(c), 9(d), 19(a), 20, 20(a) and 37(a) to the existing statement of claim as per the schedule of amendment hereto attached as exhibit 1.
