YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal is against the Ruling of the Federal High Court holden at Lagos and delivered by HONOURABLE JUSTICE I.N. BUBA on the 28th of February, 2013 in Suit FHC/L/CS/394/2010. The Court below ruled in favour of the Respondents and granted an order for stay of the proceeding pending the hearing and determination of winding up petition at the Court below.
Dissatisfied with the decision of the Court below, the Appellants filed a notice of appeal on the 2nd of December 2020 but was deemed on the 31st of October 2024, setting out 2 grounds of appeal.
