This appeal emanates from the High Court, Wa and was brought by the defendants who are the appellants herein. They are dissatisfied with and aggrieved by the judgment of that court then presided by B.O.Tetteh, J. The said judgment is dated the 30th day of April, 2008. In that judgment the learned trial judge granted the plaintiff therein all the reliefs she had sued for, namely:

1. A declaration of title to Plot No.1, Zongo/Kabanye Residential Area, Wa.

2. An order of possession of the said plot.

3. An order that the defendants abate their encroachment on the afore-mentioned plot.

4. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants whether by themselves, their agents, assigns, workmen or whomsoever from encroaching or trespassing on that plot including the erection of buildings or any development whatsoever whether temporary or permanent or in any way interfering with the plaintiff’s ownership, possession or use of the plot.
