JUDGMENT
1.0. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The 1st plaintiff claims that the 2nd Plaintiff allocated a parcel of farm land to it for the cultivation of shea nuts and mangoes. The 1st plaintiff whilst working on the land had challenges with the 1st to 5th defendants who entered onto portions of the land granted to 1st plaintiff and as such the plaintiff instituted action against the 1st to 5th defendants on 5th December 2022.
1.2. On 13th June 2023, counsel for the 1st to 5th defendants applied on behalf of the 6th defendant to join the suit. On 4th July 2023 this court joined the 6th defendant to the suit. The plaintiffs subsequently amended the writ of summons on 19/12/2023.
1.3. The 6th defendant engaged the services of a new lawyer who entered appearance and filed a statement of defence on behalf of the 6th defendant without a counterclaim.
