MOHAMMED, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): This is an application brought pursuant to Order 3 rule 4(1) and (2) of the Court of Appeal Rules 1981 praying for the following reliefs:-
"1. An order extending the time within which to apply for leave to appeal against the ruling of Honourable Justice B. Adamu delivered on 2/5/95 in Suit No. KDH/KAD/439/94
2.An order granting leave to appeal.
3.An order extending the time within which to appeal.
4.An order extending the time within which to file the notice and grounds of appeal.
5.An order deeming the attached notice and grounds of appeal marked as Exhibit "B" as duly filed and served subject to the payment of filing fees.
6.An order staying proceedings or further proceedings in Suit No. KDH/KAD/439/94 pending before Hon, Justice B. Adamu in the High Court No. 7 Kaduna pending the determination of this appeal."
