ABDU ABOKI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellants/Applicants brought an Application under Section 24(4) of the Court of Appeal Act, Order 7 Rule 2 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2007 seeking the following reliefs:-

3. An Order of Court enlarging time within which to file Notice and Grounds of Appeal against the Judgment of Honourable Justice A.A.I. Banjoko of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in Suit No: FCT/HC/CV/1047/04 delivered…
