BINTA FATIMA ZUBAIRU, JCA (Delivering The Leading Judgement): This is an interlocutory appeal against the ruling of the Federal High Court, Abuja Judicial Division delivered on the 10th day of September, 2021 granting an order of interlocutory injunction in favour of the respondent.
