JUDGMENT
The husband/Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage contracted between himself and the Respondent.
In his Amended Petition filed on 12th February 2014, the Petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
a. Dissolution of the marriage.
b. Custody of the children of the marriage by the Respondent while the Petitioner has access.
c. An order for the maintenance of the three children of the marriage by the Petitioner.
The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following reliefs in her Amended Answer filed on 2nd October 2014:
a. An order for the dissolution of the marriage.
b. Custody of the children to Respondent with access to Petitioner.
c. An order of maintenance in the sum of GH¢500 per month including all expenses due to the well being of the children.
d. Payment of all sums the subject of the reliefs herein into Court for Respondents benefit within a time frame by the court.
