NDUKWE-ANYANWU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): This is a motion brought pursuant to Section 16 of the Court of Appeal Act; Order 4(i), (4)(ii) and Order 7 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2007, paragraph 46, 1st Schedule, Electoral Act, 2006.
The 1st and 2nd respondents are praying this Honourable Court for the following orders:-
