UCHECHUKWU ONYEMENAM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The Applicant herein was the Appellant at the Borno State High Court sitting in its appellate jurisdiction in Appeal No: BOHC/BU/CVA/2/2014 wherein in a judgment delivered on 10th December, 2014 the Applicant's appeal before the lower Court was dismissed and the decision of the trial Court affirmed.
The Applicant being dissatisfied with the judgment of the lower Court has brought an application before this Court pursuant to Section 242(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) and under the inherent powers of this Court. The Applicant prayed for the following orders:
