Justice O. A. Shogbola wherein the Court found against the Appellant (the Claimant at the Court below) to the effect that the Suit was barred by Statute.

​As garnered from the printed Record before this Court, the Appellant as a staff of the Federal Ministry of Education, which is being supervised by the Respondent, was posted to the Yenegoa Office under one Mrs. Nneka Okoye. According to the Appellant, Mrs. Okoye permitted him amongst other members of staff of the Ministry to not go to work regularly until there was permanent office for members of the Ministry staff. That when the office secured a permanent place and he resumed, Mrs. Okoye interfered with his work and stopped his salary in February 2010.
