Whether in the light of provisions of sections 4(5), (7)(b) of the Constitution of the FederalRepublic of Nigeria, paragraphs 11 and 12 of the 2nd Schedule, part II, section 7(4) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 and the provisions of sections 121, 106 - 119 of the Electoral Act, 2006; the provisions of section 21(1)(2) and 22(1) of Kaduna State Law No. 13, Conduct of Local Government Councils
