I. Introduction:
[1] The issue for my determination is in a narrow compass and the facts are free from complexity. On February 17, 2021 this Court delivered its judgment in this case and dismissed the Plaintiff's case in its entirety. On June 30, 2021 the Plaintiff/Applicant filed the instant application "for an order for extension of time to file appeal". The Applicant is praying for an order extending the time to file Notice of Appeal against the judgment delivered and dated 17th February, 2021 upon the grounds set forth in the attached affidavit in support and for any further order as the court may deem fit. The Application has the support of a 12 paragraph affidavit of Issaka Issifu, who describes himself as the Court Clerk and Administrative Officer of F-X Law and Associates. The Respondents are opposed to the application and have each filed an affidavit in opposition to the grant of the application.
