ADAMU JAURO J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): By motion on notice dated and filed on the 4th July, 2016, the applicant herein sought the following reliefs:
"1. An order of this Honourable Court for extension of time within which to seek leave to appeal against the interlocutory order and order absolute of the National Industrial Court Jos Judicial Division per Hon. Justice R.H. Gwandu delivered on the 2nd day of June and 10th Day of June, 2016 respectively in Motion No: NICN/JOS/5/2016 filed in respect of Suit No: NICN/JOS/5/2016 between: Samaila Ahmadu Gumau and Isah Abdulkarim (Suing for themselves and as representative of 323 councilors from all councils of Bauchi State who served from the period 2008-2011) V.
