JUDGMENT 

On 10th November 2014, the Plaintiff issued out this writ of summons accompanied by a  statement of claim with the following endorsement; 

a) Declaration of Title to all that parcel of land lying and located at Tessa and  described in the Land Title Certificate numbered Ga 17880 as Parcel number  371 Block 8, section 115 and measuring 2.11 acres. 

b) Recovery of Possession. 

c) General Damages for trespass 

d) Perpetual Injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns, servants,  workmen and all claiming through him or acting on his behalf or on his  instructions, from interfering or having anything to do with the disputed  property 

e) Costs. 

The Plaintiff pleaded in his statement of claim that he acquired the land that he claims by  a conveyance dated 4th May 2000 from one Mohammed Mekkaoui, who also acquired the  land from the Numo Kofi Annum Family of Tessa.
