FREDERICK OZIAKPONO OHO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Rivers State High Court sitting at Degema, CORAM: S. O. BENSON, J., (hereinafter referred to as “the Court below”) delivered on the 20th September, 2017 wherein the learned trial Judge held that the Appellant was in breach of the Minor Services Contract contained in EXHIBIT A, made between the Appellant and the Respondent and awarded the sum of N25,000,000.00 (Twenty-Five Million) Naira only, as damages for breach of contract against the Appellant.
