MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the last sentence in the judgment of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, delivered by Hon. Justice F. O. Riman on 13th day of May, 2019 to wit; “This judgment does not affect my last ruling of 6/5/2019.”
By originating summons filed on 19/10/2018, the 1st respondent as claimant before the lower Court sought for the determination of the following questions:
