J U D G M E N T
Introduction
The plaintiff is a statutory institution responsible for managing the social security contributions of workers in Ghana. It undertakes its activities by investing in various ventures including investments in real estate. This suit is really not about the management of social security contributions but it has to do with a parcel of land which the plaintiff claims was transferred to it by the government of Ghana through an Asset Swap Agreement but which land the 1st defendant has transferred to the 2nd defendant on the blind side of the plaintiff.
Plaintiff’s case
The plaintiff is therefore in court claiming the following reliefs against the defendants as is borne out by paragraph 23 of the plaintiff’s amended statement of claim filed on 17th June 2011:
