ABDULLAHI MAHMUD BAYERO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a Motion on Notice filed on 2nd November, 2017 the Appellant/Applicant prayed the Court for the following reliefs:
1. An order extending the time within which to appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos delivered by Hon. Justice Bola Okikiolu-lghile on 28th June, 2017 in Suit No: ID/137/08 between Ugochukwu Nnadi and Anor V. Stallion Motors Nigeria Limited.
2. An order and injunction restraining the Respondents, its agents, Solicitors, Privies, Representatives, and/or any person(s) acting pursuant to the Respondents request, from instigating and/or instructing anyone including the Inspector-General of Police, the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State and their officers; or any law enforcement authority howsoever called and the Sheriffs of the High Court of Lagos State from attempting, commencing, continuing or concluding any step, action or process which is aimed at and/or has the effect of acting upon and/…
