JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff in the present suit is a banking institution incorporated under the laws of Ghana. The Defendant is a former employee of the Plaintiff.

By an Amended Writ of Summons dated the 13th day of November, 2014, the Plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the Defendant.

“a) The Defendant pays the Plaintiff the amount of Twenty Nine Thousand, Three Hundred and Thirteen Ghana Cedis Thirty Three Pesewas (GHȼ29,313.33) being the outstanding balance on the loan facility granted to the Defendant.

b) Interest on the said amount from the 15th day of November, 2011 to date of final paymentNat the prevailing bank rate.

c) Costs occasioned by this action”

The Plaintiff’s case is as follows: On the 9th day of September, 2003 and the 17th day of March, 2006 respectively, it granted at the request of the Defendant, various loan facilities totaling Twenty Five Thousand, One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ25,100.00).
