JUDGMENT

The wife Petitioner who seeks the dissolution of the marriage celebrated between herself and the Respondent on the ground of unreasonable behaviour prays for the following reliefs:
a. That the said marriage be dissolved.
b. That the Petitioner be granted custody of the children of the marriage.
c. That the Respondent be granted access to the children of the marriage.
d. That the Respondent be ordered to pay to the Petitioner a lump sum.
e. That the Respondent be ordered to pay nine hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢900.00) every month as maintenance.
f. That the Respondent provide accommodation for the Petitioner and the children till the children are self-sufficient and are able to afford their own accommodation.
g. That the Respondent bears all medical and educational expenses of the children.
h. That any properties acquired by the Respondent during the subsistence of the marriage be shared equally between the parties.
