Introduction
This suit is in respect of a parcel of land situate in a locality which is popularly referred to as “East Legon”. While the plaintiffs claim that the land in dispute is situate at New Nungua or Nungua New Town, the defendant asserts that the land in dispute is situate at Tesa.
Plaintiffs’ Case
The plaintiffs’ claims in this court against the defendant are for the following reliefs endorsed on the Writ of Summons:
i. A declaration of title in favour of the plaintiffs against the defendant to ALL THAT piece of land at Nungua New Town, Accra, bounded on the North West by a proposed road measuring 100 feet more or less, on the North-East by property of the Assignor measuring 240 feet more or less, on the South-East by Nungua Stool land measuring 100 feet more or less and on the South-West by Nungua Stool land measuring 240 feet more or less containing an approximate area of 0.77 acres which piece of land is situated at East Legon in the Greater Ac…
