Nyako J, in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/204/2008: Sunshine Oil and Chemical Development Company Limited V. Standard Organisation of Nigeria delivered on 10/7/2020. The claims of the Appellant as Claimant against the Respondent as Defendant were dismissed.
