MOHAMMED LAWAL ABUBAKAR, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Justice of Taraba State, sitting in Jalingo, before Hon. Justice Nuhu S. Adi which delivered its judgment on the 8th day of July, 2021 See pages 406 – 431 of the Record of Appeal.
The Appellants were Plaintiffs as per their amended statement of claim dated 07/10/2020 and filed on 16/10/2020 at paragraph thereof claim against the Defendants the following reliefs;
