J U D G M E N T 

Plaintiff’s case 

By a writ of summons issued on 15th August 2017, the plaintiff claimed the following  reliefs against the defendant: 

i. A declaration that the plaintiff is the leasehold owner of the piece or parcel  of land containing an approximate area of 0.35 acre more or less and  bounded on the North-West by donor’s land measuring 100 feet more or  less, on the South-East by proposed road measuring 150 feet more or less  and on the North-East by donor’s land measuring 150 feet more or less. 

ii. Special damages in the sum of GH¢3,200.00 

iii. Perpetual injunction placed on the defendants, their agents, workmen and  assigns and whosoever derives authority from interfering with the land. iv. General damages for trespass. 

v. Costs, inclusive of the plaintiff’s solicitor’s professional fees.
