The applicant, Tanjal Investment Ltd against which summary judgment was on 3rd March, 1999, entered filed a notice of appeal on 8th March 1999, declaring its intention to appeal against that decision, and on the same day filed in court a letter dated 4th March 1999, bespeaking copies of proceedings and the ruling.
