My name is Ebenezer Danso. I know Plaintiff in this case. I live in  Adjiringanor, Accra. I live on the very land in dispute. I have the  authority of Plaintiff to testify on his behalf as his attorney. The  authority is in the form of a Power of Attorney.  

By Court: The Power of Attorney dated 30th March, 2012 us tendered and  marked as Exhibit ‘A’.  

The very land in dispute on which I live in Adjiringanor belongs to  Plaintiff. He bought the land from one Lawrence Opoku Duah who  also acquired the land from Seth Laryea Mensah, Head of Ashong  Mlitse Family of Odaitei Tse We family of Teshie. I have documents  to prove the acquisition.  

By Court: The documents are tendered and they are marked as Exhibits ‘B’  and ‘C’ respectively.  

Plaintiff has applied to the land Title Registry for registration of the  land. In acknowledging the application, Plaintiff was issued with  yellow card.
