The claimants states that it is a non-governmental organization with interest in providing financial services to poor and rural women across the three states of Cross River, Ebonyi and Akwa Ibom States of Nigeria. It is evident from the records that the Appellant as a money lending outfit charges 24% interest on loans granted per annum.
