J U D G M E N T
The Applicants application is brought under Order 55 of the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules C.I.47 for an order of Judicial Review in the nature of certiorari for the purpose of quashing the decision of the Judicial Committee of Ada Traditional Council delivered on 4th December, 2014.
The Applicants per their amended notice of motion pursuant to leave granted by the court are seeking the following reliefs:
“1. An order of CERTIORARI directed at the Judicial Committee, Ada Traditional Council to bring into this court for the purpose of being quashed the decision/judgment of the Judicial Committee of Ada Traditional Council dated 4th day of December, 2014.
2. An order and/or declaration that all acts and directives and signals orders, etc. whatsoever described prior to or consequent upon or pursuant to the said judgment of the Respondents dated 4th December, 2014 are VOID AB INITIO and same be and are hereby quashed as NULL and VOID.
