JUDGMENT
(A) INTRODUCTION
1. The accused persons were arrested by the police and were initially arraigned before the Circuit court, Tamale. The case was brought to this court after the Circuit Court judge discharged the accused persons. The accused persons were re-arrested and arraigned with fresh charges before this court on 22nd January 2026.
(B) CHARGES
2. The accused persons have been charged with the four counts of; conspiracy to commit crime to wit kidnapping; kidnapping; causing harm and threat of death. The charges as appeared on the charge sheet are as follows:
