The Applicant on the 14th of January, 2019, mounted this action against the Respondent for an order of this Court to commit the Respondent to prison for contempt of court.

THE CASE OF THE APPLICANT.

The crux of the Applicant‟s plaint is contained in his affidavit in support of the application filed on the 14th of January, 2019, a summation of which is as follows:

According to the Applicant, he is the secretary and a trustee of the Church of the Thearchical Domain (hereinafter referred to as Church). The Applicant, in proof of his capacity to institute the instant action attached Exhibit “A”, a copy of the registration of the trustees of the Church. The Applicant continues that on the 8th of July, 2008, the Church acquired a parcel of land, the subject matter of this application. That subsequently, the Church proceeded to develop land and also went ahead to obtain a land title certificate in respect of the land.
