JUDGMENT
ADJEI, J.
The Applicant herein was elected as the Second National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party in 2014 at Tamale for a four year term. Other members of the party were elected to occupy other national offices of the party. A complaint was lodged with the National Disciplinary Committee of the party against the applicant by two members of the New Patriotic Party namely; Boye Laryea and Gladys Tsotso Mann-Dedey for the expulsion of the applicant from the party.
The complaint against the applicant for his expulsion from the party provides thus:
"IN THE MATTER OF A COMPLAINT FOR THE EXPULSION OF MR SAMMY CRABBE, 2ND NATIONAL VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE NEW PATRIOTIC PARTY, FROM MEMBERSHIP OF THE PARTY IN THE MATTER OF ARTICLE 4 (DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES) OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE NEW PATRIOTIC PARTY (AS AMENDED)
