RITA NOSAKHARE PEMU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Osun State, Iwo Judicial Division holden at Iwo, delivered on the 22nd of September, 2017 in Suit No. HIW/2C/2017.

SYNOPSIS OF FACTS

The facts in this case are the same as in CA/AK/192CA/2018. It therefore is a sister case as that one as they bear the same everything except the Appellant.

At the end of the trial, the Court had discharged the Respondent of the offences charged.

The Appellant is dissatisfied with the judgment and pursuant to the Practice Direction of this Honourable Court; he filed a Notice of Appeal on the 15th of December 2017, with six (6) Grounds of Appeal– Pages 224 – 228 of the Record of Appeal.

The Appellant filed his Brief of argument on the 5th of April 2019 but deemed filed on 27/7/2020. It is settled by Idrees Abiodun Mikaheel, Esq.
