YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This Criminal appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Justice, Nasarawa State sitting at Akwanga and delivered by HON. JUSTICE DANJUMA A. OYEGBENU (J) on the 28th day of June, 2017 wherein judgment was entered in favour of the Respondents, the Court below having found that the Appellant as prosecutor failed to prove the offences of conspiracy, procurement of a minor for illicit sexual intercourse, causing grievous hurt, sexual exploitation, threat and intimidation as named in the charge thereafter discharged and acquitted the Respondents. The Appellant dissatisfied with the judgment filed a Notice of Appeal and later an Amended Notice of Appeal dated 10th June, 2020 setting out 7 grounds of Appeal.
