SIR BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This is an appeal against the Judgment of the High Court of Niger State, Coran1: Mohammed S. A. Mohammed J, in Charge No. NSHC/MN12Cl2020: The State V. Goni Tijani & 5 Ors delivered on 20/10/2021. The Appellant was found guilty of the offences of Conspiracy, Theft and Culpable Homicide punishable with death contrary to Sections 97, 288 and 221 of the Penal Code and was sentenced to death by hanging and five-years imprisonment.
