1 Background

On 21 May 2018, the plaintiff through his lawyer commenced this suit against the defendants herein claiming for the following reliefs:

a. An order for declaration of title to all that land described as follows:

On one side is Plaintiff’s family land property.

On another side is mud building of Yawo Kovi.

On another side by a proposed road to the Anglican Church, Kpando.

On yet another side by a proposed road which leads to Augusta Bani’s land

b. An order for recovery of vacant possession of the land

c. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants or their assigns, etc. from interfering with the land.

d. Damages

e. Cost.
