RULING OF THE COURT
Towhida Awo Shariff, Isha Awo Shariff and Mehuba Gelan Kelil (applicants) have moved this Court by way of notice of motion dated 15th March, 2013 seeking as against the three respondents, Abdulkadir Shariff Abdirahim, Eco Bank Limited and Sasa General Investment Limited the following orders:
