MISITURA OMODERE BOLAJI-YUSUFF, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The respondent herein instituted suit no. 0/98/2010 in the Onitsha Judicial Division of the High Court of Anambra State wherein it claimed the following reliefs against the appellant.

(a) The sum of ₦12,200,000.00 being the value of the sum standing in the credit of the plaintiff on 21st May, 2009, credited to the account of the plaintiff by the defendant which caused the plaintiff to part with possession and ownership of Toyota Camry, Toyota Avalon and Nissan Armada Jeep on 21st May, 2009 to the National Human Right League of Nigeria.

(b) Interest on the said sum of ₦12,200,000.00 at the rate of 10% per annum or any other higher sum as at the date of judgment calculated from 22nd May, 2009, until judgment and or until the defendant credits the account of the plaintiff with the sum of ₦12,200,000.00 and interest accruing thereon.
