FREDERICK OZIAKPONO OHO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court of Nigeria sitting at Gusau in Suit No. FHC/GS/CS/3/2016 delivered on the 16-5-2016 Coram FADAMA MURTALA AMINU, J wherein the Court made a Garnishee Order Absolute in favour of the 1st Respondent in respect of the judgment sum of Thirty-Two (N32,000,000.00) Million Naira only and interest thereon obtained by the said 1st Respondent against the 2nd Respondent before the High Court of Justice of Zamfara State sitting at Gusau in Suit No. ZMS/GS/31/2014 delivered on the 29-1-2016.
Dissatisfied with the judgment, the Appellant who was the Garnishee at the Court below and not the Judgment-debtor has Appealed to this Court vide a Notice of Appeal filed on the 4-7-2016. There are six Grounds of Appeal filed. See pages 29 - 32 of the records of Appeal.
