(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is the judgment in respect of the appeal filed by the Appellant (who was the second Respondent at the lower Court) against the decision of Abia State High Court delivered on 30/6/2008 in Suit No. A/MI/2008 INTERCONTINENTAL BANK PLC and ORS v. HIS WORSHIP G. U. UKEJE and ANOR.
