GARBA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): By the motion filed on the 25th October, 2019, the appellant prays the court for the following reliefs: -

“1. An order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the respondents, their privies, servants and/or agents from further acts of trespasses, entry, erecting or taking over or sale of the appellant/applicant’s land, lying situate at Plot 105, Dacosta Layout, Onike, Yaba also known as No. 15, Afolabi Ayorinde Street, Onike, Yaba, Lagos being the subject matter of this appeal pending the final determination of the substantive appeal.

2.And for such further or other orders as this honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.”
