The applicant (who was 3rd defendant in the above mentioned Suit), has applied to this Court by Motion on Notice dated 12-7-2013 and filed on 28-7-2013 for-

1. An Order enlarging time within which to seek leave of this Honourable Court to Appeal against the decision/judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Awka and presided over by his lordship, Hon. Justice M.T. Salihu, and delivered on the 15th day of March, 2013 in Suit No. FHC/AWK/CS/151/11 between HON. BARRISTER NNAMDI EZIKE V. INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION and ORS.
