OLUDOTUN ADEBOLA ADEFOPE-OKOJIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal stems from the ruling of the Kaduna State High Court, delivered on 31st January, 2014 by H.T.D. Gwodah J, in which the learned Judge granted leave to the Respondent, the Plaintiff therein, to attach and sell the immoveable property of the Appellant, towards the satisfaction of the judgment debt. Dissatisfied with this order, the Appellant has appealed to this Court by Notice of Appeal dated 4th March, 2014. The Record of Appeal, transmitted to this Court on 13/6/14 was deemed properly transmitted on 3/11/14. An Additional Record of Appeal transmitted by the Respondent was also deemed properly transmitted on 4/5/15.

The Appellant, in a three page Brief of Arguments dated and filed on 5/11/14, settled by Abubakar A. Ashat Esq, formulated no issues for determination, seeking however for an order setting aside the said ruling of the lower Court.
