An Order granting the applicant extension of time to apply for leave to appeal as a person interested, against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Damaturu, Yobe State, delivered on 26/10/2022 in Suit No. FHC/DM/CS/15/2022: Abdullahi Idris v. Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) coram Hon. Justice Fadima Murtala Aminu. 

2.
