SANUSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): By a motion on notice, dated and filed on 15th November, 2001, brought pursuant to section 25(4) of Court of Appeal Act, 1976, Order 3 rule 4, Order 1 rule 20 of Court of Appeal Rules of 1981, and under the inherent jurisdiction of this court, the applicants are praying for the following reliefs:-

1. An ORDER of this Honourable Court, extending time within which the appellants/applicants may seek leave to appeal, against the ruling of the Lagos High Court delivered on 2nd October, 2001, by Justice I.E. Akande on grounds other than grounds of law.

2. An ORDER of this Honourable Court, granting leave to the appellants/applicants to appeal against the ruling of the Lagos High Court, delivered on 2nd October, 2001, by Justice I.E. Akande, on grounds other than grounds of law.

3. An ORDER of this Honourable Court, extending time within which the appellants/applicants may file and argue grounds of appeal other than grounds of law.
